Great question! We use a pet sitting software called Precise Pet Care. Once you are a client, we will onboard you to our system. After you download the app, you can easily see our updates, time of arrival/departure, how the visit went, photos and any other fun things that happened along the way. You can also book, update new or existing pet info, receive invoices, make a payment, send us messages and more, all from the convenience of your phone.

Pet sitting is when a pet professional is hired to enter your home while you are at work, on vacation, or hospitalized and take care of your pets. This is generally a preference if your pets do best in the comfort of their own home and kept on a regular routine.

Visits can range anywhere from once a day (for cats) and up to 4 times per day. The drop in visits last anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour or longer.
